Medication Refill Request

Submit your request below. Refills are typically approved within 48 hours, Monday - Thursday. For requests submitted on Fridays or holidays, approvals may be delayed until the next business day. You will be notified when your medication is ready for pick up or has been mailed.

To fill a medication request, you must be a current ReadiVet client and have had a wellness exam within the past year.
